Taylor's Thoughts

This beautiful sweet girl was a model for our group to practice their portrait skills. She sat for us for about and hour and half. We work hard to capture the person in a very short time. We are so busy trying to draw, figure out paint colors, composition, values and edges while the model sits. While I was painting I wondered what thoughts might be going through her precious mind. In Texas we are truly blessed with beautiful Bluebonnets in the spring. If you have never stopped to smell the bluebonnets it is a must. They have a wonderful sweet fragrance. I love watching all the families bringing their children out to have their pictures made in the bluebonnets.
