My favorite flower to give my Mother as a small child was a pansy.  From that point on I was charmed by the way their little faces could make you happy.  As a child in Sunday School we would take a cottage cheese carton and plant a pansy in it for Easter Sunday for our Mother's.  What wonderful memories were made for all of us.

A dear friend's Mother passed away this past weekend and this flower was painted in her honor.  The white flower represents her passing and the pink ones the delicate life that she lived.  May we never forget our sweet Moms.
