Hay You

How many times do you make the comment Hey You? Who are you calling? When I painted these 3 bales of hay I thought of which one of these was calling my name to paint them. All 3!
Is there something in life that is calling your name to come and see or do? Do you stop and try to listen for them to say Hey You? Stop and listen for the callings of life and may you find your easel friendly.

Pat, I love these bales of hay! I long to paint the round bales that I see but I worry that mine will be without life. Thanks for your commments on my paintings. It's great encouragement.

Hi there Pat. Thanks for the visit. Go Vols. Hopefully Coach Fulmer will whip those Vol football players in line this season. I would say get Pat Summitt to get 'em in shape, but I am afraid she would work those boys too hard!

Pat,
I was riding through the beautiful Maryland horse country of northern Baltimore County on my Harley this afternoon and came upon fields of these wheels of hay. I was immediately reminded of your charming painting from yesterday. Nice work!
