Do you ever find yourself in such deep thought you are in another time and place. You might be thinking of family, friends, to do list, or fond memories of days pasted. Many times I ask people what they think of when they take a mental break from life. The usual answer is a trip they have taken. They take themselves back to the sight, sounds, smells and location of that wonderful experience. I have been told that these mental breaks refresh the soul. In this painting I wonder what thoughts she must have had. Hopefully she was thinking of a wonderful time in her life. Take time today to take that mental refreshing soul break.
